A 19th century American Folk Art double sided landscape painting on wood, depicting sailboats on a lake surrounded by mountains, in beautiful shades of blue, green and brown. The painting was found in Connecticut and, with its beveled edges and two painted sides likely was from an elaborately decorated inset door panel. Beautiful on a wall or an easel.
