George II Period Library Open Arm Chair

A fine quality, well proportioned George II period library open armchair, English, 18th century, the rectangular upholstered back over downswept arms in mahogany over a square upholstered seat supported by carved mahogany cabriole legs with pad feet. Beautiful color and form. Roomy, luxurious, comfortable and very solid, this chair makes for both an excellent reading and accent chair.
